A Budget Bride's Feature

Planning a long-distance wedding on a budget was certainly a challenge, but one that Stephen and I were able to mange by prioritizing our desires and most importantly, working together and communicating.

This week, you can take a closer look at our budget breakdown and strategies, including the tips and tricks that helped us get the most for our money, over on The Budget Bride's Handbook, where we're being featured!

What are the top budgeting strategies that have helped you along the way?

  1. I'll definitely check it out! Congrats. I'm the worst person to ask about budgeting. We did set up a separate account for "wedding expenses," but all along I've purchased things out of pocket and didn't keep track of the cost. So bad, but at least we'll be paying for our wedding in cash - I'm proud of that!

  5. Oh man, I really don't want to go back and compare our budget to the actual amount we spent! I know we're over, since I spent way too much on my weekly craft store trips!
